I had the opportunity to attend Fashion's Bash, an event that was put on and hosted by Cyrina Hadad-Ralya and Chanel Tanaka at a new creative space in Chinatown called the Loading Zone. It was there that I got to officially meet and photograph some artwork of Sarah Bliss Rasul, an artist originally from Missouri, but recently relocated to Hawaii. Her art is amazing! You can only experience it by checking it out yourself, as there are no words to do justice to any of her pieces. Her work is displayed on her facebook page and here's a few shots I took of her art portrayed on a wedding gown, as modeled by her sister Annah.

Sarah's art will be on display for her first solo exhibition in Hawaii this Friday, July 6th from 7-10pm at the Loading Zone on 47 North Hotel St. in Chinatown. This is an event you won't want to miss!
