This was my first time doing Koko Head stairs. I was supposed to go with some friends, but plans changed for them the night before, so I went by myself. After telling myself for weeks that I would do it, I couldn't drop out now! So I went, flashlight in hand, with my camera and Bible, prepared to climb 1100 steps.

So... trying to get there in time for sunrise proved a problem because I took the wrong road twice, and then I couldn't find the trailhead (it was dark!!). And I stopped alot to take pictures and rest. It was hard; every step is worse than the last. But I made it!! If I can do it, so can you!
